12 lg. or 18 med. mushrooms, remove stems, rinse, pat dry 2 tbsp. salad oil, brush caps, place in baking dish 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thaw & drain 1 egg lightly beaten 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (divide) 2 tbsp. melted butter Combine egg, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Stuff caps. Combine melted butter and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Sprinkle over filled caps. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
