BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER
 

Ritz and Cheese Its and Italian bread crumbs, seasoned 1/3 cup of each
2 to 3 finely chopped shallots or tbsp. of finely chopped scallions
Chives very small amount
Pinch of garlic powder
Creole or cajun spice, optional

Lightly sprinkle on dressing the creole or cajun spice after stuffing the lobster. After dispatching the critters, clean out the body cavity and slice the tail lengthwise. Thoroughly mix, the above ingredients and press into the body cavity. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes this of course depends on their size and weight. Serve with drawn butter a good garden salad. Garnish dressing with parsley.
