1 lb. med. shrimp, cleaned 1/2 c. olive oil 5 cloves garlic 1/2 stick butter Pinch of parsley Pinch of oregano 2-3 squeezes of fresh lemon juice 1 lb. cooked linguine Heat butter and oil, add garlic and clean shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on each side; squeeze on lemon juice, add oregano and parsley. Pour shrimp on linguine and serve. |
