Cut into bite-size pieces: Green bell pepper Red bell pepper Onion Green onions 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, finely chopped 1/2 to 1 lb. cooked shrimp (cleaned) cut into small pieces Cashews may be added if desired SAUCE: 1 tbsp. (+ or -) chili powder 2 tbsp. corn starch 2 tbsp. chili sauce 3/4 c. chicken broth Put a small amount of olive oil in wok; heat. Add vegetable first, then shrimp. Add sauce. Veggies should be some what crunchy. Serve over cooked whit rice. |
