"Dix ie" Vanilla Cookies (available at Food Lion)

Made like a sandwich with ripe banana rounds between two cookies. These are large, flat vanilla cookies, so rich creamy mayonnaise can be spread on the inner side of both. Place in plastic sandwich bag or other wrap. Let sit at room temperature for an hour or so, until cookies are moist and soft. Good for picnics, fishing trips, etc.
