8 slices pumpernickel bread 1/2 lb. German corn beef, sliced thin 8 oz. can sauerkraut, well drained 2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 4 slices Swiss cheese 5 tbsp. butter Place corned beef, then sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing and cheese on 4 slices of bread. Spread butter on outside of bread. Grill in skillet or griddle until browned and cheese melts. |
