1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, chopped 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and snipped 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 3 tbsp. chili sauce Mix all of the above together. Spread on rye bread which has been buttered on the outside and grill until the cheese melts. This may be kept in the refrigerator for use when needed. Makes 5 cups, or enough for a crowd. |
