REUBEN SANDWICH - OPEN FACED

Sliced rye bread
1000 Island dressing
Sliced Swiss cheese
Drained sauerkraut
Thinly sliced corned beef

Spread bread with 1000 Island dressing. Top each with 1 tablespoon sauerkraut and corned beef, lay cheese on top. Put in broiler and grill until hot and cheese bubbles.
