8 oz. spaghetti, fettuccine, or other pasta except egg noodles 1 box frozen broccoli 1 box frozen chopped spinach 1 can garbanzo beans, drained 1/2 to 1 c. dry roasted cashews 1 c. golden raisins 3 to 4 tbsp. good olive oil Season to taste Cook pasta until tender and drain. Cook broccoli until done. Do not overcook. Thaw and drain spinach. Squeeze moisture from spinach. Combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Add olive oil and mix or toss well. This recipe may be served hot or cold. |
