1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. cold water 4 red apples, cored & cut into 1/2 inch slices 2/3 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. French dressing 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese Salad greens Combine lemon juice and water, pour over apples. Drain. Combine apples, ham, celery and French dressing. Toss to mix. Add cheese. Serve on salad greens. |
