1 c. lite mayonnaise 3 tbsp. natural lemon juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tbsp. salt A pinch of white pepper 6 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. shredded carrots 2 tbsp. white vinegar 1 c. light colored raisins Combine first four ingredients, stir in remaining, toss, cover and chill. Makes about 6 cups. |
