APPLE - CABBAGE - WALNUT SALAD
 

tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 c. thinly sliced red cabbage
1 Granny Smith apple, julienned
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Whisk first 4 ingredients in bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Add cabbage and apple; sprinkle with walnuts.
