POTATO SALAD
 

5 c. potatoes, cooked until tender, then diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise (no substitute)

Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over potatoes. Add celery and onions, mis well. Add salt and celery seed, mix well. Add mayonnaise. Add egg LAST and mix well. Refrigerate.
