1 lb. fresh spinach 1/4 lb. (1 c.) fresh strawberries, sliced or quartered 1/4 c. real bacon bits 1/4 lb. (1 c.) fresh bean sprouts 1/2 lb. (1 c.) seedless grapes, halved Wash spinach thoroughly; drain and pat dry with paper towels. Remove and discard any tough stems. Break into bite-size pieces. Add remaining ingredients and toss with Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing. Serve immediately.
