1 bunch spinach 1 pt. strawberries 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 12 mushrooms, sliced DRESSING: 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. onions, chopped 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. water Place all ingredients of the dressing in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Pour dressing over salad just before you serve it. |
