COLD RICE SALAD
 

1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni, fried rice with almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. black olives, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 bell pepper, seeded & diced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. bag almonds

Prepare rice as directed. Cool in refrigerator. Drain water chestnuts and olives, but add juice of artichokes to rice to moisten. Add all other ingredients to rice mixture and toss lightly. It is good to mix this in a bowl used for serving. Let stand 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.
