1 c. bulgur wheat 1 c. water 1 c. green onions 1/4 c. mint leaves 1 c. parsley 2 tomatoes 1/2 c. garbanzo beans DRESSING: 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. allspice Bring bulgur and water to a boil in a covered pan. Reduce heat, simmer until water is absorbed (5 minutes). It should be crunchy, not soft. Mix the dressing into the bulgur mixture. Cool. Chop the remaining ingredients, except for garbanzos. Mix everything together. |
