Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. broccoli, cooked & cooled 1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed 1/2-1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 c. black olives, sliced 4 oz. pepperoni, chopped (opt. for low cal) 1/2 c. Italian dressing Add all ingredients together and toss lightly. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. This keeps in the refrigerator for over a week. If you use fat free dressing, this has very few calories. |
