20 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain 12 oz. can 7-Up 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 lg. lime Jello 2 c. hot water 2 lg. cream cheese 2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Dissolve Jello in water, set slightly. Cream the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add Jello to mixture, then add large pineapple with juice and 7-Up. Put mixture into ring, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans. |
