3 c. broccoli stems 1 med. green pepper 1 sm. onion 1 med. tomato Salt, pepper French Dressing Peel and grate broccoli stems. Finely chop green pepper, onion and tomato; combine. Stir in salt and pepper and French dressing. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill several hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. FRENCH DRESSING: 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. catsup Dash garlic powder 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika Dash of hot pepper sauce Blend in covered blender at medium speed until thoroughly blended. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using. |
