1 c. sugar 1 c. raspberry vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 3 cloves garlic, split SALAD: 5-6 heads Boston Bibb lettuce 1 qt. sliced strawberries 1 lb. Feta cheese Heat sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add mustard, oil, salt, paprika and garlic. Mix well. Serve now or refrigerate until ready. Arrange strawberries and Feta cheese on top of Bibb lettuce. Serve with dressing. Serves 15-18. |
