1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cabbage, slawed
1/2 c. celery, diced

Mix package lime Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Add mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt. Let this gel slightly and then beat until fluffy. Add cabbage and celery and mix. Pour into glass dish or molds and let gel. Serve on lettuce leaf.
