3 diced apples 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. flour 1 slightly beaten egg 1/2 c. water
Mix flour and sugar; add eggs, water and vinegar. Cook until thickened. Pour over apples and pecans. Good with turkey and dressing or ham. This salad is tastier if set overnight.
