JELLO SALAD
 

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows

First layer: Dissolve cherry Jello in boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Pour into 6x10x12 dish and chill until firm.

Second layer: Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water and chill until consistency of egg whites. Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise and add to lemon Jello. Stir in undrained pineapple. Fold in sour cream and marshmallows. Spread lemon mixture on top of cherry layer and chill until firm.
