SPINACH SALAD
 

1 pkg. fresh spinach or Swiss chard
1 pkg. frozen peas, drained, uncooked
1 pkg. sliced scallions
1 lb. fried, crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c. sliced cherry tomatoes

Layer in a salad bowl (in order given above). Cover with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Mix 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon oregano and sprinkle over dressing. Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight (if possible). Toss before serving.
