1 pt. chives cottage cheese 1 med. cucumber, diced 1/2 c. celery 1/2 med. green pepper, diced 1 fresh tomato, diced 1 c. shredded lettuce Salad dressing Salt and pepper Line bowl with lettuce. Mix vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper together. Mix lightly with chives cottage cheese and pour into lettuce-lined bowl. (Plain cottage cheese may be used if using chopped green onion.) |
