1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled 1/4 c. chopped green onion 1/4 c. chopped mushrooms (optional) DRESSING: 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Rinse peas in hot water until defrosted; drain and chill. Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients. Mix the peas with bacon, onion and mushrooms. Stir in the dressing. Serve at room temperature or chilled on a bed of lettuce. |
