2 sm. oranges, peeled, sliced to 1/4 inch & seeded Romaine lettuce leaves 1 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced 1/2 sm. red onion, thinly sliced Southwest Salad Dressing 1/2 c. seasoned croutons On serving platter make a bed of lettuce and top with oranges, avocado and onions. Spoon dressing over and top with croutons. Refrigerate rest of dressing. SOUTHWEST SALAD DRESSING: In covered jar mix: 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/3 c. oil 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Cover and shake well, refrigerate at least 2 hours; shake well before using.
