1/4 c. Marie's Refrigerated Classic Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing 1/4 tsp. grated orange peel 1 c. pitted black olives, halved 2 lg. oranges, peeled, sliced & seeded 1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced 1 avocado, seeded, peeled & sliced Lettuce leaves 1. In medium bowl combine vinaigrette and orange peel. Add orange slices, olives and onion; toss lightly to coat. 2. Arrange lettuce on salad plates. Distribute avocado evenly on lettuce. Spoon orange mixture over all. Makes 4 servings. |
