1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (3 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or slivered almonds 1 c. miniature marshmallows Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 9 x 15 inch loaf pan lined with foil. Once frozen, you can remove from pan and store in freezer. Let thaw 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 6 to 8. If desired, salad can be chilled and not frozen. |
