1. Clean all vegetables.
2. Grate American or cheddar cheese.
3. Line bowl or plate with lettuce leaves.
4. Slice 1 cup cucumbers.
5. Peel 2 carrots.
6. Dice a tomato.
7. Cut 1 stalk celery
8. Cut broccoli and cauliflower
9. Slice 2 hard boiled eggs
10. Cut a red or green pepper
1. Sprinkle bacon bits on top (optional).
Mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
