1 lb. uncooked cranberries 1 c. sugar 1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple 1 (12 oz.) pkg. small marshmellows 1 c. chopped pecans 1 pt. whipping cream or one 8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip Wash and grind cranberries. Add sugar and let stand about 30 minutes. Combine with this mixture: pineapple, marshmellows, pecans and whipping cream. Set aside for awhile before serving. This salad will keep for days in the refrigerator and is just as delicious if it has been frozen a month or two. Serves about 20. |
