CRANBERRY SALAD
 

1 lb. cranberries
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. white sugar
2 oranges
1/2 c. lemon juice

Wash cranberries and pick over. Put cranberries and oranges through food processor. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar. Mix well. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Next day, make salad mix.

SALAD MIX:

1 pkg. orange-pineapple Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve well, let stand until cool. Add:

1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cranberry relish
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Refrigerate until set. (This recipe can be doubled.)
