COOKED VEGETABLE SALAD
 

Terrific summer dish. Steam for 10 minutes - 1 lb. carrots. Add summer squash, zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower (and other vegetables of your choice) and steam 10 minutes longer. Pour dressing over vegetables while they are still hot, cool and refrigerate.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Add oregano, basil, dill, mint, chives, tarragon, rosemary and shake to mix.
