1 can dark sweet pitted cherries, drained 1 can cling peach slices, drained (keep juice) 1/2 c. peach juice 1 c. plain yogurt 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Drain cherries and peaches, saving 1/2 cup peach juice. In small saucepan combine the juice with the marshmallows. Stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted; cool slightly. In medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and salt and beat until fluffy. Add marshmallow mixture, then the yogurt; mix until smooth. Then add the fruit. Turn into 2 refrigerator trays and freeze. Cover with foil to keep for weeks. Will serve 16 people. |
