ARTICHOKE CHEESE CURD SALAD
 

2 cans artichoke, drained and cut into 6ths or 8ths
1/2 - 3/4 lbs. green olives
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1/2 - 3/4 lbs. cheese curds (can use Mozzarella)
Black pepper and garlic powder to taste
Pinch of oregano
Hot pepper (optional)
Oil

Cut cheese into bite size pieces. Add artichokes, olives, dressing (not prepared), black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Drizzle oil over mixture. Let marinate a few hours before serving. Better the longer it stands. Refrigerate until time to serve. Good to do the night before.
