1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 2 c. hot water Add 1 package frozen raspberries (small). Put in 9x13 dish for first layer and refrigerate. LAYER II: Heat 1 pint coffee cream and 1 cup sugar until hot and add 2 packages Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to cream mixture: 2 tbsp. vanilla Mix well. Cool and pour over solid (firm) first layer. Refrigerate. LAYER III: 1 pkg. raspberry Jello (lg.) 2 c. boiling water 1 can blueberry pie filling Put 3rd layer on top of solid (firm) second layer. This is a large salad and very good. It is red, white and blue. |
