2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. cold water 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. grated or chopped cabbage 1 c. grated carrots 3/4 c. finely chopped celery 1/2 c. grated or finely chopped onion 1/4 c. green pepper (optional) 1/4 c. sweet red pepper (optional) Salt and pepper (optional) 1 1/2 - 2 qt. pammed mold Bring water to boil (I use microwave). Add to Jello. Stir well. Add cold water and vinegar. |
