4 oz. tiny pasta shells, cooked 4 tsp. olive oil 1/4 c. minced fresh basil or parsley 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 sm. red onion, minced 1 med. size cucumber, chopped 1 lg. ripe tomato, cubed Toss in a large bowl, the pasta, olive oil, basil and pepper to mix well. Add the onion, cucumber and tomato and toss well again. Serve at room temperature. |
