4 oz. shell macaroni (about 1 c.) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. milk 1 1/2 c. cubed ham 1 c. chopped tomato 1 c. green pepper chunks 1/4 c. coarsely chopped onion Cook, drain, and rinse macaroni. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and milk; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Mix lightly with shells. Chill and serve on lettuce. Serves 4. |
