1 c. cooked artichoke hearts 1 c. crabmeat 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper Mix artichoke and crabmeat and chill. Whip cream and combine with mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Chill when ready to serve combine sauce with artichoke and crabmeat. Use cooked shrimp or lobster meat instead of crabmeat if desired. Add 1/4 cup chopped rice or green olives. |
