1 lb. pasta (Penne or other), cooked and drained 1 med. onion 1 c. peas 1 green pepper 2 hard boiled eggs 1 can tuna Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 head lettuce Mix 1 tbsp. oil with cooked pasta to prevent sticking. Chop onion, pepper and eggs. Mix with pasta, peas, tuna and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Add vinegar and remaining oil. |
