1 (6 to 8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 3 green onions, chopped (tops included) 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 4 radishes, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. prepared cucumber salad dressing 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Prepare corn bread according to package directions; let cool completely. Crumble cooled corn bread into large bowl. Add celery, pepper, onions, tomatoes and radishes, toss lightly. Combine mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and mustard; pour over salad. Mix well. Chill thoroughly before serving. Yield: 8 servings. |
