(12 oz.) pasta (corkscrew, tri-color, seashell, etc.) 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, with marinade 1 can pitted ripe olives, drained 6 c. fresh diced vegetables (any combination - carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red bell peppers, tomatoes, peas, etc.) 1/2 c. green onion, sliced 1 c. Italian dressing Cook pasta. Drain and cool. Combine all ingredients. Chill. |
