(This salad can be made with less cabbage and a base of romaine lettuce or baby spinach, but I had neither in my house)
Add grapes, cabbage, carrots, and onions in small bowl. Add ricotta cheese and mix in until you have ricotta chunks about 1/8" or so. In a separate cup, mix olive oil, rosemary, basil oregano, a dash of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
Add dressing to bowl to your liking, then toss salad.
