MY WILD RICE CASSEROLE
 

1 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked 20 minutes, drain
1 lb. ground sausage
2 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 lg. can
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire

Put successive layers of the above in a casserole with alternating layers of chicken or turkey. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
