1/2 can Spam 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked) 4 c. cabbage, chopped 2 eggs, cooked as omelet Salt Soy sauce 1 c. carrots, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp. oil Pepper Place rice aside. Cook carrots, cabbage and onions in oil on low until tender. Add egg omelet chopped up in small pieces. Add rice and add soy sauce to taste. |
