5 c. cooked and cooled rice or bulgar wheat 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. pimento (fresh if possible) 1 c. chopped green onion 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) DRESSING: 1 jar marinated artichokes, drain and save juice, chopped into sm. pieces 2 c. mayonnaise Artichoke marinate juice 1 tsp. curry powder Salt and pepper Mix ingredients well and add whole mixture and chopped artichokes to rice or bulgar wheat. Garnish with sprigs of parsley or sprinkle with paprika. |
