1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, undrained 1 1/2 oz. env. dry onion soup mix 4 to 6 chicken breast halves 3/4 c. uncooked rice (reg.) Combine soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture. Mix remaining soup mixture with rice, mushrooms, and 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix. Spoon into ungreased baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch). Place chicken breasts on top. Pour reserved soup mixtures over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. |
