1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 4 ribs celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. uncooked rice (not instant) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup Brown meat; set aside. Saute onions. Add celery and water and simmer 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and place in casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
